The project includes two phases. The first one began early this year, with access points created for 10,000 workers in District 7 and Thu Duc District.

The second phase will be carried out from December 18th to June 2019. More access points will be launched to serve a total of 100,000 workers. Each point can serve around 10 users.

The project aims to improve spiritual life for the workers in industrial parks and export processing zones in the southern hub.

According to a report from Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Development Studies, the city now has 10 industrial parks and three export processing zones, with a total number of workers from 300,000 to 500,000. Of whom, 70 percent are workers from other provinces and cities.

They are young people with low to medium incomes, therefore, they lack adequate opportunities to satisfy their entertainment needs./.
