Nearly 40 international publishers participate HCM city Book Festival 2018

Under the theme “Books - Culture - Integration and Development”, the 10th Ho Chi Minh (HCM) city Book Festival draw the participation of nearly 200 domestic book units and representatives from foreign publishers with 900 booths.

Accordingly, about 350,000 book titles and more than 30 million copies are introduced.
The opening ceremony took place at Le Van Tam Park, district 1, on March 19th.
Diverse activities such as introducing new books, exchanges with authors, book presentation and seminars will be held during the festival, which will run until March 25th.
The event hopes to promote the reading movement and the building of a learning society, contributing to improving people’s knowledge and nurturing talents in service of the nation’s industrialisation and modernization./.
