Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Department of Culture and Sport has launched a poster contest to welcome Party Congress at all levels.

Under the theme “Under the Party Flage – Strong Faith”, the contest aims to create a variety of posters with various forms and contents, contributing to visual dissemination on the streets during major holidays in 2020 and to welcome the Party Congress at all levels, towards to the 11th Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress.
At the same time, it will encourage the people of HCMC to energetically emulate the achievement, contributing to building a civilized, modern city and becoming a smart city.
Posters will affirm the position and leading role of the Party in the cause of national liberation, national development and integration, and firmly defend the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Professional, non-professional artists, Vietnamese citizens regardless of gender, ethnicity or age have the right to participate in the contest. The Organizing Committee requests entries be presented on white paper, size 50x75cm. Entries must be new compositions and have not disseminated in any form, without any restrictions on color and appearance.
Entries must be sent by May 31st. The awarding ceremony is scheduled to take place in June 2020./.
