(CPV) - The Australian Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh city will host its second annual Australia Day Family event on January 28th, 2018 at RMIT Saigon South Campus in District 7, from 13h00-18h00.
The first event in 2017 was a huge success, attracting over one thousand attendees.
This year, it promises to be even bigger and better as the two sides celebrating the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties.
According to the Australian Consul-General Ms. Karen Lanyon, mirroring Australia Day celebrations held all over Australia each year, at the event the Australian community, Australian alumni and their families will enjoy classic Aussie dishes prepared by leading restaurants and Australian Chefs, live entertainment and fun sports and games including Zorb ball soccer, AFL, rugby, a bouncy castle, face-painting, DIY lamingtons and much more.
There’s also the chance to win fabulous prizes, including a barbecue, through our door prize and best dressed competitions, so come along wearing your best Aussie outfit./.
