Vietnam - RoK cultural exchange festival in HCM city

A Vietnam – Republic of Korea (RoK) cultural exchange festival entitled “Loving heart” has taken place in HCM city.

According to Korean Consulate General in HCM city Lim Jae Hoon, currently, about 69,000 Vietnamese-Korean multicultural families are living and working in Vietnam and RoK. Each Vietnamese - Korean cultural family is a symbol of the harmony between the two countries' cultures and a valuable asset for both sides.

In addition, the Korean community currently has nearly 19,000 people who are businessmen and students in Vietnam. The Vietnamese community has about 170,000 people who married immigrant sisters, workers and students in Korea.

The festival aims to help Korean - Vietnamese multicultural families have more common cultural activities when living in Vietnam.

Diverse activities to promote Korean tourism and special products, introduce Korean traditional games and foods, and art performances were held./.
