Association of Vietnamese high-tech experts in Europe debuts

The Association of Vietnamese high-tech experts in Europe recently made its debut in Paris, France.

Speaking at the event, Chairman of association Nguyen Thanh Hai said the target of the establishment of the association is to connect Vietnamese scientists and technology experts in France and other European countries, to share knowledge and experiences, to develop collaborative ideas and projects, and thereby connect with technology sectors, research centers, companies in Vietnam, and to affirmed that Vietnamese scientists in Europe have always accompanied the country.

Firstly, the members of the association show solidarity, exchange ideas to know their working fields and then give out ideas to collaborate. The association has three projects supported by donors.

At the ceremony, the key members of the leading board of the association expressed their devotion and dedication to the development of the association. They also wish to receive the attention and assistance of donors, the Vietnamese Embassy in France and related Vietnamese agencies.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Vuong, Director of the Vietnam’s Cultural Center in France, emphasized that this was a long-awaited event, and this debut confirms the position of Vietnamese high-tech experts in France and Europe. It is also a place for them to meet and exchange their own ideas, creates a bridge to connect and contribute to Vietnam, which needs high technology to develop.

Most the high-tech experts are very young, working in high technology fields in France and European countries such as: informatics, telecommunications, energy, nuclear and biology./.
