As of August 2nd, 33 of 50 above grassroots level Party Committees under the Hanoi Party Committee have successfully organized their congresses, term 2020-2025, accounting for 66%.

According to the Hanoi city Party Committee Commission on Organization, the congresses took place obeying the contents of Politburo Directive 35 on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Party Congress.
It said that the documents at the congresses had been prepared thoroughly, with the collection of cadres’, Party members’ and people’s ideas, and received high consensus at the congresses.
Additionally, the personnel for the new Executive Party Committees were carefully inspected. As a result, a majority of candidates were elected to the Executive Party Committee or the Standing Boards of the Party Committees./.
