Chairwoman of the Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan met with General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and President of China Xi Jinping in Beijing on July 12th, as part of her official visit to the country.

USD8.7 billion poured into IZs, EZs

Industrial zones (IZ) and economic zones (EZ) absorbed about 340 foreign-invested projects in the first half of the year with newly-registered capital of about USD8.7 billion, according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment’s Economic Zones Management Department.
