After more than one month of the program, the organizers have received positive responses of 40 units with 1,200 union members, youth, and students.

In addition, the event was attended by unions and youths of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Public Security, Vietnam News Agency and students of universities and students in Hanoi and Phu Tho.

Addressing the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Huan, Deputy Commander of the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command, affirmed this is a very meaningful activity among a series of tree planting activities following Uncle Ho’s teachings.

According to Mr. Vu Truong Xuan, Director of the Institute of Environment and Renewable Energy, the young generation will have a deeper understanding about the meaning of the tree planting movement through the program to actively join forest and eco-tourism protection; contributing to preserving and embellishing the special historical relic site about President Ho Chi Minh./.
