Vietnam’s cuisine promoted in Ukraine

The Vietnamese Embassy in Ukraine recently introduced Vietnam’s cuisine culture with two famous traditional dishes of spring roll and beef noodle soup.

It is an initiative of the Vietnamese Embassy in Ukraine and belongs to the curriculum of the field of hotel, Department of Hotel and Restaurant Business of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. The first ever activity is also part of the Vietnam Cultural Year in Ukraine launched by the Vietnamese Embassy.

At the event, Vietnamese experts introduced the cuisine culture of Vietnam, provided documents and guidance on how to make the two dishes to lecturers and students of the university.

Mr. Valery Say, Deputy Rector of the university, highly appreciated the initiative, hoping that the two sides would have more activities to boost the cooperation in the fields of education and cultural exchange./.
