Speaking at the event, Vietnamese Ambassador to Germany Nguyen Minh Vu sent new year wishes to Vietnamese students in Berlin and Potsdam in particular and all Vietnamese students in Germany in general.

He expressed his pleasure at the solidarity between Vietnamese students associations in Germany and hoped that they continue to study better to contribute to building the country as well as promote the foreign affairs between the two sides.

The “Tet market” this year had the participation of young Vietnamese generations born and raised in Germany as well as introduced products and special cultural achievements, helping the program more diversified.

At the event, participants enjoyed a traditional and jubilant Tet atmosphere with dances performed by “Sao Mai” Vietnamese school and Vietnamese students.

In addition, they also enjoyed traditional dishes of Vietnam and games organized by Vietnamese students.

This is one of the largest events in the year of the Berlin-Potsdam Vietnamese Student Association. The program both serves the spiritual life of the Vietnamese community and creates solidarity and strengthens movement of Vietnamese students in Germany./.
