Boosting Vietnam - Monaco cooperation

Vietnamese Ambassador to the Principality of Monaco Nguyen Thiep presented his letter of credentials from State President Tran Dai Quang to Monaco’s Prince Albert II on May 29th.

After the ceremony of credentials presentation, Prince Albert II expressed his admiration for the history of struggle for independence as well as the rapid and impressive development of Vietnam after innovation.

He expressed his pleasure at the positive development of Vietnam - Monaco relations and added that the two countries have common interests in many issues, especially ocean, natural environmental protection and sustainable development.

Ambassador Nguyen Thiep conveyed the regards of State President Tran Dai Quang and other Vietnamese leaders to Prince Albert II, and affirmed that Vietnam would welcome the Prince's first visit to Vietnam in November.  

This will be an event marking the new development period in the relations between the two countries and an opportunity for the Prince to witness new development of Vietnam, bilateral relations and strengthen exchange between the business communities.

Prince Albert II wished the Ambassador to well complete his responsibility as a Vietnamese Ambassador to Monaco, practically contributing to further expanding the cooperative relations between Vietnam and Monaco./.
