A “Vietnam Day” was organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in Seeber Park in the capital city of Buenos Aires on September 8th, as part of activities to mark the 45th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Argentina.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Argentina Dang Xuan Dung highly appreciated the support and coordination of Buenos Aires city and Argentina’s relevant agencies in organizing the “Vietnam Day” for the first time.
He emphasized that the event helped Argentine people have more opportunity to learn about Vietnam’s culture and people, thus further promoting the traditional bilateral relations, as well as strengthening mutual understanding between the two peoples.
During the event, various activities were organized such as introducing and promoting cultural, tourism, consumer and handicraft products, and organizing photo exhibition about the land, people, traditional cuisine and art of Vietnam.
In addition, a delegation of Vietnamese businesses also introduced high-quality products made from bamboo and rattan, wooden furniture, electrical equipment, and dried food; tourism products; and consumer goods as well./.
