(CPV) - The State Commission for Overseas Vietnamese under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hanoi People’s Committee will co-organize the homeland spring program 2019 at the National Convention Centre on January 26th (21st day of last lunar month of the year of the dog).

The event will be attended by Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong, leaders and former leaders of the Party and State, leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and Hanoi city, representatives of departments, ministries, sectors and localities and large numbers of overseas Vietnamese returning home to celebrate the Lunar New Year Festival.
The program will be broadcast live on VTV1, VTV4 and local television stations.
The organizing committee would like to inform and invite Vietnamese people living, studying and working abroad to register to attend the event through Vietnam’s representative agencies in foreign countries or the State Commission for Overseas Vietnamese before January 10th at:
