Long dress contest for Vietnamese ladies in Europe launched

The organizing board of the long dress contest for Vietnamese ladies in Europe 2018 organized a press conference in Prague, the Czech Republic on April 7th to introduce rules of the contest and call for funding.

The contest is expected to take place in Prague, the Czech Republic in mid-June.
During the contest, candidates will go through three rounds of evening gowns, traditional long dress and innovative long dress, to win eight main prizes and 12 additional awards.
Speaking at the press conference, representatives of the Vietnamese Women's Unions in Poland and Slovakia welcomed the idea of the contest and consider it a healthy playground for all Vietnamese ladies in Europe to promote the beauty of the Vietnamese long dress to international friends, and encourage Vietnamese young women living away from their homeland to still respect and love the traditional long dress of the nation.
This is an event in the operating program of the Union of Overseas Vietnamese Associations in Europe, and carried out by the Vietnamese Cultural and Art Association in the Czech Republic./.
