Under the sponsorship of the Vietnamese Embassy and the Overseas Vietnamese Association in RoK, the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Daejeon city has organized impressive Lunar New Year Festivals for hundreds of Vietnamese people in the city and neighbouring areas.

The program has created an opportunity for overseas Vietnamese to meet and exchange with each other. Particularly, it also helped multicultural families’ children, who haven’t visited their mothers’ homeland on Tet, to better understand the customs and culture of Tet in Vietnam./.
