In the spirit of the direction of the Prime Minister, Vietnamese authorities and Vietnamese Embassy in Japan, Vietnam Airlines has cooperated with Japanese authorities to support nearly 300 Vietnamese citizens on the flight back to Vietnam.

These citizens are people in especially difficult circumstances such as the sick, pregnant women and some employees and students who have ended their work or study periods.

In the context of the suspension of commercial air routes between Vietnam and the world, implementing the Prime Minister’s direction, the Vietnamese authorities and representative missions in foreign countries will continue to review and organize flights to bring Vietnamese citizens back to Vietnam, especially giving priority to children under 18, the elderly, the sick, and people in other particularly difficult circumstances, ensuring the general balance and suitability with centralized isolation capacity in Vietnam./.
