The tournament attracts the participation of nearly 100 golfers from 15 countries and territories.

Ms. Linda Nguyen from Australia shared that this is the third time she has participated in the tournament. Through the previous tournaments, she has made more friends from many countries. During this tour, she hoped to meet them again. She thanked the organizing board for creating the best conditions for the golfers to participate in the helpful activity, especially having an opportunity to meet overseas Vietnamese golfers from many countries and territories in the world.

For the first time, Mr. Hoang Trong Hai from the Czech Republic said that he learned about the tournament through the embassy and the Vietnamese Golf Association in the Czech Republic. He recognized that this is a helpful playground to meet and exchange with overseas Vietnamese golfers in the world, so he registered to participate. He also hoped that overseas Vietnamese golfers continue to train young generations growing up abroad so that they have better achievements at international tournaments to help Vietnam to be honoured.

The tournament was first organized in 2015 in Hanoi in order to create a united playground, gathering all talented overseas Vietnamese golfers worldwide. It has drawn the participation of a large number of overseas Vietnamese, especially those who love golf.
