Promoting Vietnamese Ao dai in RoK

The event will be held by the Vietnam Women’s Union in coordination with the Embassy of Vietnam in the Republic of Korea (RoK) to celebrate the 89th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Women's Union, Vietnam Women's Day (October 20th) and Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13th).

This will be an opportunity for Vietnamese female-owned businesses to meet and exchange with Korean businesses; introduce and promote the beauty of Vietnamese culture through traditional clothes; introduce local culture and tourism to Koreans; and promote international cultural exchanges between Vietnamese and Korean women, contributing to building the bilateral friendship.

200 Vietnamese Ao dai by desiger Do Trinh Hoai Nam and members from Ao dai Club will be introduced.

International friends and especially Korean people will have the opportunity to try on Vietnamese traditional clothes and take photos at the event./.
