Russian summer camp helps connect overseas Vietnamese students

The event gathered more than 400 students from 51 universities across Russia.

Mr. Le Chi Loi, First Secretary of the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia and Head of the management department of overseas Vietnamese students in Russia, said the summer camp is not only a helpful playground, but also is place for overseas Vietnamese students in Russia to meet, exchange and encourage each other in their studies.

He also appreciated the effort of the students, not only in their studies, but also in developing relations between Vietnam and Russia.

While Mr. Do Xuan Hoang, Head of the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Russia, said he hopes that when the students come back to Vietnam, they will always keep in their hearts the memories of hospitality and friendliness of Russian people and continue writing positive reviews about Vietnamese people in Russia.

During the two-day summer camp, the students participated in various team games and enjoyed a music show, a campfire and a firework display./.
