The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that with the wholehearted support of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers, patriotic Cambodians defeated the Pol Pot genocidal regime and revived the country.

According to her, the inauguration is more meaningful as it was organized at a time when the government and people of Cambodia are celebrating the 41st anniversary of the victory over the Pol Pot genocidal regime (January 7th, 1979 – January 7th, 2020).
