Vietnam Days organized in Paraguay

The Vietnamese Embassy in Argentina and Paraguay, in collaboration with Paraguay’s Foreign Ministry and Asuncion city’s administration, organized a series of activities titled "Vietnam Days in Asuncion" on August 22nd and 23rd to mark the 25th anniversary of Vietnam - Paraguay diplomatic relations (May 30th, 1995 - May 30th, 2020).

At the event, Vietnamese Ambassador Dang Xuan Dung affirmed that the Vietnam Days in Paraguay was one of a series of events introducing the land and people of Vietnam to friends and the people of Paraguay, contributing to reinforcing the friendship and cooperative relations between the governments and people of the two countries.
In the framework of the event, many activities were implemented, such as seminar introducing trade and tourism cooperation potential between Vietnam and Paraguay; photo exhibition and screening two films “The tailor” and “Yellow flowers on the green grass”; displaying Vietnam’s export and handicraft products, as well as introducing Vietnam’s cuisine.
The activities received wide attention from the government, diplomatic corps and businesses, and attracted hundreds of visitor./.
