Vietnam-Korea Friendship Culture Festival 2016

(CPV) - In celebration of the 24th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea, the Vietnam-Korea Friendship Culture Festival 2016 will take place in the capital Seoul, Kwangju and Busan cities during this July.

The cultural and music event is co-organized by the Association of Vietnamese Communities in Korea, Korea Ballet Foundation and the Vietnamese Embassy to the Republic of Korea, with support from the Republic of Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Apart from interesting performances by famous artists/troupes from the two sides, participants will have the chance to enjoy a photo exhibition on Vietnam’s seas and island, UNESCO images on heritage and Vietnam’s tourism, festive activities, community art exchange and a game show.
Detailed program follows: From 17h00-20h00 on July 23rd, at Gwangju Educational and Cultural Centre; from 14h00-21h00 on July 24th, in front of Seoul city hall square, and on July 27th at Busan Cultural Centre.
Visitors also have the opportunity to get free Vietnam-Korea round-trip tickets from Vietjet Air, gifts from Vietnamese footballer Luong Xuan Truong who is playing for Incheon United club and more./.
