Vietnamese business gives presents to disadvantaged Cambodian residents

The Cambodian Vietnamese Association in Cambodia’s capital city of Phnom Penh and the Golden Land Cambodia Group (GLCG) on July 9th gave presents to overseas Vietnamese in Cambodia and disadvantaged Cambodian residents.

Accordingly, 400 presents from the GLCG, consisting of daily necessities, were provided for disadvantaged people in Phnom Penh.

Addressing the presentation ceremony, Chau Van Chi, President of the Cambodian Vietnamese Association and Huynh Minh Phu, President of the Association in Phnom Penh, appreciated the GLCG's good deed, saying that the practical activity contributes to fostering the friendship between the two countries.

Receiving the presents, disadvantaged Cambodian residents and overseas Vietnamese showed their happiness, expressing their thanks to the Vietnamese business, adding that the activity reflects the solidarity between Vietnamese and Cambodian people.

The GLCG, one of Vietnamese businesses working in real estate in Cambodia, as well as many other Vietnamese businesses in Cambodia, have not only contributed to promoting Cambodian economic development but also regularly carried out social and humanitarian activities, making contribution to improving local residents’ living standard and social welfare at localities./.
