The health workers provided examinations and consultations for more than 200 people, including overseas Vietnamese and Cambodians in difficult circumstances.

In addition, the delegation also presented free medicine, gifts, including cash and some basic necessities, for those receiving examinations.

Funds for charitable activities are donated by benefactors, including Vietnamese businesses.

Phang Pin, Chairman of the Rokar Khnong ward, Daun Keo city, said that this activity not only contributed to help poor people receive medical care, but also showed the spirit of solidarity between the people of Vietnam and Cambodia.

Established in February 2017, the Vietnamese Cambodian Physicians Association not only has the task of connecting Vietnamese physicians, but also mobilizes donors to organize health care activities such as examination, consultation, granting medicines, administering basic vaccination; and helping and supporting Vietnamese and Cambodian people in difficulties, or suffering misfortunes and natural disasters./.
