Vietnamese children in Netherlands presented gifts on International Children’s Day

The Vietnamese Embassy in the Netherlands organized an intimate meeting with overseas Vietnamese teenagers, children and women on the occasion of International Children's Day and Vietnamese Family Day in The Hague on May 28th.

At the meeting, Vietnamese Ambassador to the Netherlands Ngo Thi Hoa emphasized the importance of family to children, the significance of the family to the development of society and the country, and the dignified the role of women in the family and the necessity of care and protection of children, the future of the country.

The Ambassador presented gifts to 18 children and encouraged them to continue to study well and win many achievements in learning and training to become good children.

On the occasion of the Vietnamese Family Day on June 28th, the Ambassador also wished the overseas Vietnamese women to be healthy, and to continue to be the strong pillars of the family to bring up their children well.

The meeting created a healthy cultural space for the children and left good impressions in the community./.
