Vietnamese people in Russia present face masks to local residents

Vietnamese Garment Company 9-5 presented the first batch of 500 reusable cloth face masks to police officers in Plavsk city in Tula province, Russia on April 16th, in an effort to join hands with local residents to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

The company is planning to continue handing over additional 500 disposable and 500 reusable face masks to the city’s residents.

The activity is also expected to raise public awareness of wearing masks in the face of danger from the epidemic.

As of April 16th morning, Tula recorded 44 more COVID-19 infection cases, raising the total number in the province to 174./.
