The first prize was presented to the team from Curtin University, followed by University of Western Australia and Murdoch University.

The state of Western Australia now has about 2,500 Vietnamese students studying at universities, vocational training and high schools. VISAWA members mainly come from Murdoch University, Curtin University, University of Western Australia and Edith Cowan University.

Ms. Sue Ellery, Minister of Education and Training of the state, highly appreciated the Vietnamese students and desired to further promote cooperation with Vietnam in the fields of education and vocational training.

Apart from study, Vietnamese students also organize activities to strengthen the connection among the students, such as football tournaments and exchanges on the occasion of traditional Lunar New Year festival.

These activities are opportunities for them to meet each other and become closer, to be ready to share and help each other when meeting difficulties in study and life as well./.
