Vietnamese students studying in Cambodia organized a festival to welcome the Lunar New Year of the Rooster 2017, on January 7th.

Mr. Le Trung Kien, head of the Overseas Vietnamese Student Delegation in Cambodia, said that there are about 90 Vietnamese students studying at universities in Cambodia. The two Governments of Vietnam and Cambodia are always interested in the welfare of Vietnamese students during their time of study.
The Board of Management of the Royal University of Phnom Penh also dedicates a large dormitory for overseas Vietnamese students to live in and study. Over the past years, overseas Vietnamese students have always abided by the laws of Cambodia, which is appreciated by the Board of Management.
In addition, they also received attention from the Vietnamese Embassy, representative agencies, businesses and entrepreneurs.
“We will try to study to serve the homeland,” said Mr. Le Trung Kien./.
