Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Le Xuan Dinh, Head of the school, said the establishment of vocational schools about nails, massage, cosmetic and beauty was derived from the actual needs.

Nowadays, many people do nails, but most of them are self-taught, so they lack basic knowledge and it is difficult to improve their skills.

The school has contacted Germany’s prestigious specialized training institutions to invite lecturers to teach the trainees. In particular, the trainees who are supported by social welfare will have their tuition fee paid by a job centre when they present their certificates.

After the course, the trainees will be granted certificates and if they want they can continue to practice for free at facilities the school contacts to improve their skills until they can do the job by themselves.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Hien, Director of Dong Xuan Trade Center, praised the efforts of Mr. Le Xuan Dinh in opening the school and hoped that it will rapidly develop and gain success.

Dr. Heinz-G. Joeken, lecturer of the first training course, said that the organization of a training course depends greatly on collaboration among the organizers, managers and lecturers. Regarding the organization, Mr. Le Xuan Dinh has done very well, for his part, he will try to impart knowledge to the trainees as much as possible.

He said that the beauty and healthcare services for customers are to make them feel relaxed, comfortable, so there should be a combination of methods, such as doing nail beauty while doing massage to make the customer feel comfortable.

In the current market situation, some trade sectors of Vietnamese people in Germany are in danger of stagnating or stopping, and beauty and healthcare services will be a new opportunity for overseas Vietnamese because they are hard-working and skillful. Moreover, opening a nails or beauty spa doesn’t require as much capital as some other sectors./.
