On September 27th, an arts program to welcome the success of the 15th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress, for the 2020-2025 tenure, took place in Ha Long City.
The event fully summarized the province’s outstanding achievements over the past time. It drew nearly 1,000 delegates and local people.
