Accordingly, the delegation donated six water filters branded Paul and 15 scholarships for students there.

"These scholarships represent the precious help and sentiment of the Hessen state in particular and the Federal Republic of Germany for Vietnam. Each scholarship is not financially large, but it is a source of encouragement for Vietnamese students to strive in their studies," Mr. Bui Cong Tho, Chief Representative of the Hessen State Office in Vietnam, speaking at the scholarship award ceremony.

After the program in Quang Ninh province, the delegation continues their program in the northern mountainous provinces of Yen Bai and Lao Cai./.
