It aims to respond to the theme of the working year of Quang Ninh province on protecting and improving the natural environmental quality, the Sea and Island Week, the World Environment Day and the World Oceans Day.

The program encourages artists, professional and amateur painters to create works as groups or individuals at Bai Tu Long National Park in Van Don district, Quang Ninh province. In addition, it also calls for “Minimizing use of plastic” and “Say No to nylon bags” to transmit a message about the bad effect of plastic, floating and spongy garbage for the marine environment, creatures and life of the Earth.

According, consumers are encouraged to minimize the use of plastic products and nylon bags, as well as to give up the habit of throwing litter and raise up the awareness and responsibility of people.

After ending on June 8th, the works chosen will be presented at Bai Tu Long National Park./.
