Quang Ninh province presents coats to poor children

As many as 408 coats were given to poor children and students at kindergartens and primary schools in Phong Coc ward, Quang Yen town.

This is an annual activity of the Quang Ninh provincial Children Protection Fund for poor children, encouraging them and their families to overcome difficulties in their lives, and showing the attention of all levels, sectors and benefactors for poor children, thereby, contributing to good implementation of the welfare program in the locality./.
