Hanoi City Department of Tourism has coordinated with Thang Long Heritage Preservation Center, Hanoi City Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to organize a conference to implement a programme on promoting tourism in Hanoi in 2017.

The programme will draw the participation of 200 volunteer students from facilities of foreign languages and tourism in the city.
These students have ability to communicate in foreign languages and love to volunteer in cultural and tourist activities. After selection selected, volunteers participate in the training by the Department of Tourism Hanoi held to hone communication skills, behavior, working style, basic knowledge about the monuments, geographical landscapes are assigned, aid for travelers in cases of unexpected (Handbook, minor injuries ...).
They will be present at relics, beautiful landscapes and tourists attractions such as Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Hoan Kiem lake, Temple of Literature, pedestrian streets around Hoan Kiem lake, Hanoi Old Quarter and night market to support travelers.
This is the fifth year 2 this program is implemented./.
