Standing on the stage of the National Conventional Centre, Jack Ma, had a talk in English. He is one of China's richest men, as well as one of the wealthiest people in Asia, with a net worth of USD460 billion, as of November 2017. Alibaba founder has become a global icon in business and entrepreneurship, one of the world's most influential businessmen, and a philanthropist known for expounding his philosophy of business.

Answering students’ query on his secret of success, he suggested enterprises learn from the failures of others to gain experience. He said, "The only thing I do is never give up; most people give up. If you give up, no chance. If you don’t give up, you still have a chance." He advised students to learn well and choose a good employer instead of a good company, as a good boss can offer them many opportunities to learn.

The talk was a program to implement the directing idea of the Prime Minister to mark the 11th National Youth Union Congress (tenure 2017-2020) and carry out the program on youth start-ups in 2016-2021, launched by the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and FPT Group, in coordination with VnExpress Online Newspapers./.
