Hanoi city Department of Health has requirements on medical care for the Lunar New Year and festivals in 2020.

Accordingly, the Department will strengthen environmental sanitation and disease prevention in the city, proactively detect outbreaks, promptly and thoroughly handle outbreaks and do international medical quarantine at Noi Bai International Airport.
It will strengthen inspection and supervision of the observance of regulations on food hygiene and safety with measures to ensure timely response to food poisoning.
At the same time, the health care sector will well provide medical examination and treatment, emergency work 24/24 hours, create conditions and provide support policies for patients to receive warm and thoughtful New Year at treatment facilities.
Besides, it will direct the organization of 24-hour drug-selling sites; strengthen the management of drug prices and health service prices, and ensure that the poor and social policy beneficiaries are cared for and treated in accordance with the regulations of the State and the city./.
