Ho Chi Minh city hosts Vietnam Medi Pharm Expo 2017

Vietnam’s annual international exhibition on pharmaceuticals and medical supplies (Vietnam Medi-Pharm Expo 2017) will take place Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre, No.799 Nguyen Van Linh Street, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, from August 17th to 19th.

The event will be held by Vietnam National Trade Fair & Advertising JSC (Vinexad) and HCM city Medical Equipment Association. It is expected to draw the participation of 250 businesses, including giant corporations and leading global companies from 22 countries and territories such as the US, Germany, France, Russia, Turkey, the Republic of Korea, Japan, and China.
Products on display will include medical and laboratory equipment and health care products; pharmaceuticals, functional foods, cosmetics, cosmetic equipment; machinery for processing and packaging pharmaceutical products; dental equipment; and ophthalmic equipment.
During the event, there will be a seminar on Vietnamese pharmacy and medicine market - current regulations and policies; workshops by companies participating in the exhibition; and a program for foreign businesses to visit a large hospital in the city in order to get an overview of the medical examination and treatment needs of local residents./.
