Over 80 Vietnamese teachers attend the Korean studies workshop

More than 80 teachers from Binh Dinh, Kon Tum, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai provinces have participated in Korean studies workshop for education in Vietnam which has recently held in Quy Nho city, the central province of Binh Dinh.

Researchers and experienced lecturers from Institute for Northeast Asian Studies under the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and University of Social Sciences & Humanities (VNU-USSH) gave presentations on history, culture, politics, economics, society, political and educational system of Korea and Vietnam - Korea relation.

Participants also participated in activities on the sidelines to experience Korean culture, group discussions to gain insight into the issues related to Korea and its people.

This is the 16th program organized by Institute for Northeast Asian Studies with the support of the Korea Foundation.

Over the past four years, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea has invited dozens of program representatives to study and visit in Korea for a week. These are teachers who have excellent achievements in communicating the results of the program to the students./.
