Vietnamese photographers won four gold medals in the four sections at the 9th International Artistic Photo Contest in Vietnam 2017.
On December 2nd, the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists (VAPA) presented awards of the contest in Hanoi.
The biennial contest, sponsored by the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP), received some 11,448 entries from 958 artists from 36 countries and territories. It included four main sections, namely Portrait, Landscape, Daily Life, and Open.
Eighty-eight outstanding photos were awarded.
On the same day, an exhibition on the contest’s photos also opened at the Vietnam Art Photo Archives and Exhibition Center at Ton That Thuyet street, Cau Giay district. It will run until December, 2017.
