The Yen Bai provincial Party Committee on September 18th organized a seminar on studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho visiting Yen Bai (September 25th, 1958).

Mr. Duong Van Thong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, and Head of the 14
th National Assembly deputies delegation of Yen Bai, said the seminar aims to review Uncle Ho’s teachings with the Party Committee, government, ethnic people of the locality.
It is also a chance to assess the achievements the locality strives for, and apply the teachings to performing the current task, contributing to raising the awareness and responsibility of officials, party members, armed forces and people in intensifying the studying and following of ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh in the spirit of Directive 05 of the Politburo in combination with the implementation of Resolution of the 4th PCC meeting (term XI, XII) on Party building and rectification.
He stressed the Party Committee and ethnic people should renew their minds and apply comprehensive solutions to realize the tasks.
The event contributed to clarifying and analyzing the important contents and historical significance of Uncle Ho’s visit to the province 60 years ago, as well as his advice to officials, party members and ethnic people./.
