The volunteer campaign “Green Summer” 2019 from July 14th to September 5th launched by Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy has attracted the participated of more than 700 educational workers and students.

Under the theme “The youth of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy volunteer for the community health”, the campaign consists of four main parts, including activities for green summer at Nham commune, A Luoi district, activities to help patients during summer, activities for children suffering from cancer and blood donation campaign.
A part from providing healthcare for local people and dental examination and care for students and other professional-related activities, volunteers will also install 300-meter lighting system to support new rural construction in Ta Kheo village, Nham commune and build two bio-waste incinerators in primary schools.
After the launching ceremony, volunteer activities took place at Nham commune, A Luoi border mountainous district./.
