A ceremony was organized to present bus tickets to 2,500 students in difficult circumstances to return home for the Lunar New Year Festival (Tet) of the Rat at Ho Chi Minh city Youth Cultural House on January 15th.
Launched in 2002, more than 52,000 poor students have been presented bus tickets to help them return home to celebrate the Tet holiday with their families.
