Binh Thuan province increases quality of vocational training

Over the past years, the central province of Binh Thuan has carried out diverse solutions increasing the quality of human resources, including training rural labourers, in an attempt to obtain stable and sustainable development.

There are currently 26 vocational training foundations in the province, which have given vocational training to over 68,000 labourers over the past 5 years, including over 50,000 rural labourers. A majority of graduates have stable jobs and earn stable income for their families.

In the 2016-2020 period, the province will continue to invest in equipment and facilities for vocational training foundations, and focus on heightening the quality of teachers, and giving vocational training to rural labourers, poor labourers, young people, ethnic minorities, those from beneficiaries’ and revolutionary contributors’ families, as well as people with disabilities.

The training for beverage dispensing aims to supply human resources for local tourism.

The Binh Thuan provincial vocational training college is one of the key, well-invested vocational training foundations in the province.

Twenty-six vocational training foundations regularly organise training courses based on the demand for
laborers, including in electronics and industrial sewing.

Over 68,000 laborers, including over 50,000 rural labourers, have been given vocational training over the past five years. 

The training for brocade weaving attracts a great number of female ethnic minority laborers. 

The province will continue to invest in vocational training equipment and facilities for the foundations in the years to come.
