Speaking at the congress, Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, PCC alternate member and Secretary of the Bloc’s Party Committee, said that following Uncle Ho’s teachings about emulation and patriotism, official, public servants and employees of the bloc made their efforts to emulate and strive to fulfill their duties; contributing to excellently completing tasks in all aspects.
While praising the achievements the Party Committee has made in recent years, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh affirmed that it is necessary to attach specific responsibility for results of emulation and commendation work in each agency and unit with leaders, said Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh.
Leaders of agencies and units must be truly exemplary models who are devoted and responsible for their work, and lead the patriotic emulation movement, she added.
The patriotic emulation movement of the bloc contributed to helping party committees at all levels, economic groups, corporations, businesses and units overcome difficulties and successfully realize the Resolution set by the Party Congress of the bloc.
The emulation movement has been on the right track, with quality and rich content, so many new models, advanced examples; new, more effective and quality refreshing methods have appeared, she noted.
The Vice President believed that the patriotic emulation movement of the bloc will come into depth, efficiency and practicality in the near future; creating motivation to promote the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 3rd Party Congress; Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Resolution of the 10th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
At the Congress, on behalf of Party and State leaders, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh awarded the First-Class Labor Medal; Second-class Labor Medal to individuals and teams of the Central Business Party Committee for outstanding achievements from 2014 to 2018, contributing to the cause of building socialism and national defense./.
