The Mong Cai international border post on May 21st handed over Shen Qi and exhibits to the Quang Ninh police to handle under the law.

On the evening of May 19th, the border guards of the Mong Cai international border post discovered a man illegally entering into Vietnam from China in Ka Long ward, Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province.
The man is Shen Qi, born on November 16th, 1989 and permanently residing in Beihai city, Guangxi, China. He had gone to Vietnam and worked for Hang Thang casino and lived in Room 507 at Dai Nam hotel in Ka Long ward, Mong Cai city.
The authorities also discovered 70 packs containing 104.87g of methamphetamine, and a pack containing 345.74g of ketamine./.
