Constructions serving APEC to be completed

Ahead of the APEC Summit Week 2017 which is scheduled to take place this November, Da Nang city is making its utmost efforts to prepare for the important event.
The APEC National Committee and the city leaders are directing the acceleration of building and construction projects serving the summit.
The construction of the international terminal of the Da Nang International Airport is in progress with quality ensured.
The final work for the international terminal is being completed.
The international press centre will serve thousands of domestic and international journalists.
Workers are completing the roof of the international press centre, which is being built with an investment of VND178.8 billion.
The construction of the Sheraton Da Nang is being completed.
The Ariyana Convention Centre is also being completed. Invested with VND350 billion, the 3-storey centre is being built on
an area of 4,520 square metres and will be able to welcome 2,150 people.
InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort is being upgraded, using over VND100 billion.
A traffic point west of Han Bridge is put into use.
