The contest is open to all Vietnamese teenagers and youth aged 9-30 years old at home and abroad. The content of the contest is about information and knowledge concerning the history of formation and development of the Communist Party of Vietnam; economic, political, cultural, social, security and national defense achievements of the country under the Party's leadership; and Vietnamese historical figures and revolutionary leaders, who have made contributions to the country's revolutionary cause over the past 90 years.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Le Quoc Phong, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Federation, said that with the bank of rich questions, with the consultation of a team of leading experts with diverse forms, from word, image and video test to music test, will be attractions for young people at home and abroad to participate.

Mr. Phong emphasized that this is an important political activity, a highlight activity of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Federation and the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels.

The contest will take place in three rounds, including weekly rounds, organized on the Internet from November 24th to December 28th, 2019; the semi-final round, which will be an online contest organized on the morning of January 5th, 2020 in three regions of North - Central - South; and the final round, which will take place on stage in Hanoi on January 12th, 2020.

The contest has a total prize value of up to VND500 million with attractive prize structures./.
