Dissemination on human rights to be increased

Representatives from the Government’s Steering Committee on Human Rights, leaders from 30 northern provincial and city Party Committee Commission for Popularization and Education, relevant agencies and press agencies joined a training course on dissemination of human rights held in Quang Ninh province on December 7th.

The course aimed to further increase the quality and contents of human rights dissemination, and efficiently struggle against wrong points of view by hostile forces that take advantage of democracy and human rights to destroy the Vietnamese State.
During the meeting, the organising committee provided basic information about view-points and guidelines of the Party and policies and laws of the State, as well as the international laws on human rights; achievements ensuring and promoting human rights in Vietnam in political, economic, social and cultural areas; human rights in international relations; and Vietnam’s responsibilities in realizing international commitments on human rights.
The delegates shared experience in access to human rights in articles, as well as advantages and difficulties, as well as proposals for increasing the dissemination of human rights./
