"We will vote for those who have the capacity to meet the expectations of the people. We expect that the elected deputies will communicate and solve water shortages, a pressing problem of our hamlet today. The hamlet has 65 households but has only one water tank. We hope the hamlet will be soon be supported with pipeline and tank to carry water from a stream to supply water for the local people,” a voter from Mu Ca commune said./.
